For in-company training, the proposed program is a preliminary suggestion and can be freely adapted to the individual needs of the company.

  • The essence of implementing and improving the management system.

  • What is the effectiveness of quality management that internal audits are intended to improve.

Module 2

BASICS OF AUDITING

Content:

  • Types of audits (first-, second-, and third-party).

  • Objectives of conducting internal audits.

  • Stages of the internal audit.

  • The role of the client, auditor, and auditee.

  • Documentation related to the audit (including checklist, plan, program).

Module 3

ISO 9001:2015 REQUIREMENTS

Content:

  • Scope of the standard and the quality management system.

  • ISO 9001 requirements – discussion through the development of audit checklists.

Module 4

AUDIT REPORTING

Content:

  • ISO 19011 guidelines for internal auditors.

  • Principles for selecting auditors.

  • Evaluation of auditor effectiveness.

  • Discussion of the auditor’s tasks during audit preparation and conduct.

COMMUNICATION DURING THE AUDIT

Content:

  • Principles of communication between auditor and auditee.

  • Conducting a conversation – how to ask and listen.

  • Active listening.

  • Using paraphrasing in the auditor’s work.

  • I–You relationships.

Module 2

PRACTICAL CONDUCT OF AN INTERNAL AUDIT

Content:

  • Auditor’s tasks during audit preparation and conduct.

  • Documentation analysis.

  • Conducting internal audits – workshops.

  • Model audit documentation – workshops.

Module 3

POST-AUDIT ACTIVITIES

Content:

  • Defining priorities for corrective and improvement actions.

  • Technical and organizational-administrative corrective actions.

  • Written multiple-choice test – exam for ISO 9001 internal auditor.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We ensure that a large part of the training is devoted to exercises and practical workshops – this makes it easier for participants to remember new information. During this training, the exercises include tasks in the following areas:

maintaining audit records and preparing the report
interpreting ISO 9001 requirements
working with audit forms

After the training, each participant will receive a certificate confirming completion of the training.

The ISO 9001 internal auditor plays an important role in monitoring processes, identifying nonconformities, and supporting the continual improvement of the quality management system.
