Team facilitation – how to lead a task team

The training is dedicated to individuals who will be responsible for facilitating team work and need knowledge in the area of group work. During the training, we will discuss, among others, managing a team established to accomplish a specific task, methods of developing one’s own leadership competencies, and we will practice the most effective techniques supporting work in a task-oriented team: task organization, communication with a team involved in various projects, communicating needs and enforcing requirements.

TRAINING PROGRAM

For in-company training, the proposed program is a preliminary suggestion and can be freely adapted to the individual needs of the company.

The following program is indicative (the division into days is arbitrary) and the trainer adapts the course of the training to the specific characteristics of the group. Individual topics may be discussed at a different time or in a different form than indicated in the plan.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The training takes the form of workshops supported by a multimedia presentation. During the training, the following methods and tools are used: exercises, skills training, case studies based on real examples, games, mini-lectures, mini-audits, discussions, and role-playing. The discussed topics are tailored to the participants, and the scope of the training may be adjusted to the specific nature of your company.

After the training, each participant will receive a certificate confirming completion of the training.
