The training provides a comprehensive introduction to the VDA 6.8 standard, covering the principles of conducting process audits in the supply chain, requirements for auditors and organizations, and audit evaluation including degradation rules. Participants will learn the potential analysis methodology and the interpretation of the L1–L7 question catalogue, as well as how to practically apply the handbook requirements in traditional, remote, and hybrid audits. The program combines theory with exercises, enabling participants to acquire the skills necessary for effective planning, execution, and evaluation of audits in accordance with VDA 6.8 (2024).
