The training is a very intensive class, with lots of exercises. During 8 hours, successive SPC tools are presented, which are then used to analyse the prepared data. The trainees design and use various control cards, assess process capability using Cp, Cpk, Pp and Ppk indicators, and test the conformity of the data to a normal distribution.
A great advantage of the training is that all the steps of the work that should be carried out in the correct introduction of SPC are presented and practised at the training.

EXERCISES:
Testing the normality of a distribution (graphical method).
Assessment of the type of distributions based on probability plot – practical cases.
During the training, more than a dozen exercises are carried out, including: calculating basic process statistics, testing the normality of the distribution of results, creating and analysing control sheets, calculating and analysing process and machine capability (e.g. Cp and Cpk).
Participants will receive worksheets that they can later use in the application of statistical process control in their company.
After the training, each participant will receive a certificate of training.
Those responsible for using and developing the use of statistical methods for process control. Technologists, process engineers and quality management representatives.

SPC (Statistical Process Control), that is statistical process control, according to definitions used in official documents and ISO standards, means the use of statistical methods or tools to achieve a selected objective, e.g., process stabilization, process narrowing, or understanding its behavior.
