Analysis of independently performed analyses and improvement of the approach to FMEA.
During the workshops, our proprietary software program PQ-FMEA is used. The program enables easy conducting and documentation of risk analysis in a healthcare entity.
Users can easily build fault trees, the elements of which are automatically transferred to the form, and add further elements within the form. The program allows defining custom tables for assessing severity, occurrence, and detection or using predefined ones.
After the training, each participant will receive a certificate confirming completion of the training.

Risk management in a healthcare entity is a system of work that helps detect threats in advance and reduce their impact on patients and the organization. It covers medical, organizational, legal, and financial risks.
In hospitals and other healthcare facilities, risk management is based on the implementation of procedures and tools, such as FMEA analysis, which make it possible to assess the probability of nonconformities and the consequences of their occurrence. A key element is also the creation of a risk register, planning preventive actions, and effective reporting.
