At the beginning of the training, the most important principles of selecting measuring instruments with regard to the readability of data obtained from measurements will be briefly reviewed
Attention will also be drawn to the consequences of incorrectly selected instruments for process control using SPC and methods of studying process capability (Cp, Pp) and machine capability (Cm)
MSA FOR VARIABLE MEASUREMENTS – REVIEW

Basic concepts and principles of conducting MSA analyses will be briefly reviewed
MSA BASED ON ANOVA ANALYSIS

During this module, participants will learn how to correctly conduct MSA analysis based on ANOVA
Particular emphasis will be placed on applying the discussed method to the analysis of measurement systems used in destructive testing

The prepared documentation may later serve as a template for independently conducted analyses
The training takes the form of workshops supported by a multimedia presentation and supplemented with exercises. The theoretical part is interwoven with many examples tailored to the specific nature of the company in which the training participants work. The pace of the training and the difficulty of the discussed topics are adjusted to the participants’ level of advancement, and the scope of the training may be tailored to the specific nature of your company.
During the workshops, participants, working in small groups, are tasked with properly selecting a measurement system and designing its analysis (including, among others, the appropriate selection of samples for evaluation, the course of the study, the number of measurement series, and the method of developing and interpreting the results). It is also possible to conduct a real study for selected measurements. The prepared documentation may later serve as a template for independently conducted analyses.
After the training, each participant will receive a certificate confirming completion of the training.
