TRAINING PROGRAM

For in-company training, the proposed program is a preliminary suggestion and can be freely adapted to the individual needs of the company.

  • Comparison of ISO 50001 with other standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001).

Module 2

ENERGY ANALYSIS OF THE ORGANIZATION

Content:

  • Objectives of the energy analysis (energy review, identification of areas with the greatest savings potential).

  • Methods of conducting energy analysis (energy balances, energy audits, standards related to conducting energy audits).

  • Tools for data analysis (software, online platforms).

  • Identification of key energy performance indicators (energy baseline, KPI).

Module 3

DEVELOPMENT OF THE ENERGY POLICY AND OBJECTIVES

Content:

  • Formulation of the energy policy in line with the organization’s mission and objectives.

  • Establishment of energy objectives (ambitious, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound – SMART).

  • Integration of energy objectives with other organizational objectives.

ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM – IMPLEMENTATION

  • Planning and implementing the system in accordance with ISO 50001 requirements.

  • The role of top management in implementing and maintaining the system.
