It covers the competencies necessary for conducting effective audits, as well as methods for building rapport with the auditee during the audit interview. Participants learn how to recognize the auditee’s needs and respond effectively in audit situations. An essential part of the course is conducting a trial audit, with emphasis on the practical application of acquired knowledge and observation of key competencies.

Preparation for the trial audit based on the requirements set by the Client’s company
Trial audit
Discussion of participants’ observations and the Auditor Evaluation Form

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The training takes the form of workshops supported by a multimedia presentation. The following methods and tools are used during the session: exercises, skills training, case studies based on real examples, games, mini-lectures, mini-audits, discussions, and role-playing. The topics discussed are tailored to the participants, and the scope of the training can be adapted to the specific needs of your company.

After the training, each participant will receive a certificate confirming completion of the course.
