Participants become familiar with key concepts, definitions, and requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 19011:2018, as well as auditing guidelines. An essential part of the training covers communication and the psychology of conducting audits, supported by practical exercises based on case studies.

We ensure that a significant part of the training consists of exercises and hands-on workshops, as this helps participants better retain newly acquired knowledge.

During this training, practical activities include:

Developing audit checklists based on defined processes
Conducting risk analysis when planning audits
Working with nonconformities

The detailed training scope will be agreed upon following further analysis of training needs.

After the training, each participant will receive a certificate confirming completion of the course.
