The training covers the latest trends in presenting and transferring knowledge to adults. It points to best practices and the most frequently made mistakes in the process of knowledge transfer and during the presentation itself. Participants will learn useful tools such as group needs assessment, dynamism, the Kolb cycle, interactivity of presentations and workshops, and the 5/15 method.
Join a group of participants from different companies and discover industry best practices.

You teach, not PowerPoint – scientific research and best practices in creating a masterful presentation (including interactive tools; dynamism; the 5/15 rule; minimalism in form; gong; training)
Methods of conducting sessions – case studies, examples, simulations, lectures – when and how to use them
Designing case studies, simulations, exercises, and examples supporting the learning process
Group process – what it is, how it unfolds and how to use it during training sessions – mini-lecture
DESIGN A MINI – SIMULATION
Content:
Competence, i.e., how to design training sessions and presentations to teach effectively – mini-lecture and summary
Design a mini – a simulation consisting in designing a mini-workshop in the area of participants’ expertise
Feedback in knowledge transfer – the FUKO method, the full expression model after training and in practice
Difficult situations in a trainer’s work – how to deal with them, what to say and how to respond, how to support the learning process
ABC OF EFFECTIVE PRESENTATIONS
Content:
The purpose of the presentation and its effect – how to plan a good presentation
Presentation structure, i.e., when sequence matters, coherence of content and visualization of data, whether processes matter
Aesthetics, i.e., why we eat and buy with our eyes (visual and editorial standards)
What is most effective for recipients – visualization, graphics, explanations, examples – how to use them in practice
We ensure that a large part of the training is devoted to exercises and practical workshops – then it is easier for participants to remember new information.
During this training, practice includes, among others, tasks in the following areas:
training in skillful questioning – identify the need.
exercises and simulations.
case study of the best and the worst training sessions.
designing a mini-workshop + feedback from participants.
mini-lecture.
The detailed scope of the training will be agreed upon after further analysis of training needs.
After the training, each participant will receive a certificate confirming completion of the training.
