Scope

This training guides participants through the steps of FFA analysis to learn about the practicalities of test planning and reporting. An important point will be the techniques of implementing the NTF stage and indicating the limitations and ways to deal with them.

The basic goals of the training are:

  • Familiarizing our participants with the FFA method.
  • Presentation of the practical applications of FFA in the context of the specificity of the company.

  • Fringe conditions for defining and executing tests.
  • Indication of good practices for the part analysis process.

  • The main task that the team elaborating the NTF is faced with.

  • Preparing conclusions and a report from the NTF process, and the role thereof.

  • The role of the problem solving process in FFA.
  • Launch of the PSP procedure.
  • Relationship between PSP and CIP.

EXERCISES:

  • Making a brief connection between PSP and FFA – when to launch.
  • Discussion on the example of the VDA strategy in the FFA process.

  • Summary and analysis of the results accumulated.
  • A report and the data that it should include.
  • When can we reject a return from the market – the procedure.
