TRAINING PROGRAM

For in-company training, the proposed program is a preliminary suggestion and can be freely adapted to the individual needs of the company.

Specific requirements of automotive market customers – principles.
Supplier nomination process for the Volkswagen Group.

VW Group supplier assessment.
Sub-supplier management.
B2B platform.
Formel Q – modules.
Formel Q Concrete – quality framework agreement (2014).

Module 3

CONTENT:

Formel Q Capability (2015) – Introduction.
Subcontractor management.
VDA 6.3 (VA) process audit (P2-P7).
Selfaudit (SL) (P5-P7).
Potential analysis (POT) (P1).
Technical review of the supplier (TRL).
Problem analysis (PA).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The workshop is supported by a multimedia presentation and supplemented by exercises.
The theoretical part is interspersed with many examples.
The workshop can be conducted on real company examples.

After the training, each participant will receive a certificate confirming completion of the training.

The workshop is aimed at all those working in the automotive industry and supplying their products to the Stellantis PSA group. It is particularly dedicated to quality management system plenipotentiaries, process owners/managers, auditors, specialists in all organisational areas.
