• Quality problem solving and the requirements of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949

EXERCISES:

The requirements of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 related to CQI will be discussed.

• Corrective and preventive actions – definitions, differences
• The process of defining and implementing corrective and preventive actions

EXERCISES:

Introduction to the topic and practical examples that will enable participants to properly define and differentiate between actions

Implementation of corrective and preventive actions will be presented as a process that requires proper planning

• Ishikawa diagram
• Decision matrix
• Use of statistical methods in the search for causes of discrepancies (control charts, statistical tests)

Workshop exercises on the use of root cause identification tools, during which participants will have the opportunity to practice the use of individual tools, based on materials provided by the trainer and their own examples
