COV – Where Process Variation Comes From and How to Address It to Improve Quality

The COV (“Components of Variation”) training is designed to present a structured method for addressing process variation, which is critical for every organization.

During the training, various tools (maps, trees, charts, calculations) are introduced, providing engineers with combinations of methods to tackle variation issues depending on their type (special or common cause).

In addition, the training includes real-life examples analyzed using Minitab or JASP software.
