Documenting the APQP process by creating and maintaining appropriate records is very important, as many organisational units are involved in the process. The information presented in this phase of the class will enable you to deal appropriately with the management of APQP records.

Participants will learn the basics of the most important methods involved in practical quality management. These methods will be discussed to the extent that they can be understood and placed in a quality management system.
The training takes the form of a workshop supported by a multimedia presentation and supplemented by exercises. The theoretical part is interspersed with many examples. The training can be conducted on real company examples – e.g. designing a control plan for a selected process. The pace of the training and the difficulty of the issues discussed are adapted to the level of advancement of the participants.
After the training, each participant will receive a certificate confirming completion of the training.
