PQ-MSA supports visual controls. Thanks to solutions developed for a dozen years of experiences in the field of quality improvement, not only does it allow conducting control system analyses but it also performs well as an instrument for controllers training and training effectiveness check. Responding to our customers’ needs, we have created two software variants. Apart from an intuitive basic version of PQ-MSA, we also provide an online application featuring additional functions and facilitation, that is PQ-MSA+.

The advanced version provides access to complex statistics and allows displaying pictures or tester’s data. Statistics available: False Rate, Miss Rate, Mix Rate along with Pareto charts, effectiveness indicator (both for testers and goods), NOK/OK with correct/wrong answer, KAPPA (accumulated, tester/tester, tester/ref), individual. It is also possible to create educational tests and generate certificates.

The program supports measurement system analyses for visual control without a need to use real goods.
It allows control assessment, obtaining effectiveness results in Kappa, effectiveness as well as type I and type II errors.
It facilitates results analysis thanks to built-in indicators compliant with international standards.
