Training regulations

§ 1 General provisions

The terms used in these Regulations shall mean:

Organizer – PROQUAL Management Institute – B. T. Greber Sp. J., 30 Ostrowskiego St., 53-238 Wrocław, Taxpayer identification number: 8971735808

Ordering Entity – an individual, legal entity or organizational unit without legal personality, registering a Participant or Participants for participation in an open training course and obliged to pay the training fee.

Participant – an individual registered for participation in an open training course, for which the participation fee will be paid.

Open training (training course) – a training course on the topics indicated in the current offer of the Organizer available at https://proqual.pl/en/our-offer/open-training/ and implemented on the date indicated there.

§ 2 Conditions of participation in open training

Application for participation in the open training should be made electronically by completing and submitting the application form, available next to the selected open training at https://proqual.pl/en/.

Applications are accepted up to 5 working days before the start of the open training, after this date, the application is possible by prior contact with the Organizer.

Upon receipt of the application, the Organizer will send confirmation of its acceptance by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the Ordering Entity.

§ 3 Cancellation of open training

The Ordering Entity has the right to resign from participation in the training, no later than 7 working days before the training start date. Cancellation at a later date involves payment of the full fee for participation in the training. In case of absence of the registered Entity from all or part of the open training, no refund will be made for participation in the training.

Resignation should be sent electronically to szkoleniaotwarte@proqual.pl. The resignation is effective as long as its receipt is electronically confirmed by the Organizer.

§ 4 Changes of date and cancellation of training by the Organizer

The organizer has the right to cancel the training up to 4 working days before the start of the training.

The organizer may set a new date for the canceled training.

If the Ordering Entity agrees to the new training date, it is not required to send another application with the new training date.

If the Ordering Entity does not agree to a new training date, any payments made will be refunded immediately and in full.

Information regarding the cancellation or rescheduling of the training will be sent to the Ordering Entity by e-mail to the address provided at the time of application.

§ 5 Payment terms

The price of each open training course is listed at www.proqual.pl or in the price offer sent to the Ordering Entity upon request. The price includes: preparation and implementation of training, training materials, certificate, and in the case of stationary training, additionally providing a training room with multimedia equipment and coffee and lunch service. The prices quoted are net prices, to which VAT of 23% should be added.

Payment for the training should be made by wire transfer by the date indicated on the invoice, which will be sent to the address provided in the application. The company’s internal order number may be added to the invoice, if such is requested before the date of the training.

§ 6 Personal data

We would like to inform you that the administrator of your personal data is PROQUAL Management Institute – B, T. Greber Sp. J. with its registered office at Ostrowskiego 30, 53-238 Wroclaw.

The data will be processed in order to carry out all activities related to the organization and conduct of the training, and in case of consent, the data will also be used to send marketing content and/or telephone contact for marketing purposes. We will keep the personal data provided, of those who took part in the training, for the period necessary to demonstrate that the training was conducted with due diligence, i.e. for 5 years after the end of the training. In case of cancellation of participation in the training for a period of 3 months.

In addition, we will keep data such as your name, email address and telephone number that we process for direct marketing of our products and services and for sending marketing information by electronic communication until you object to their processing. Otherwise, the controller may decide to terminate the processing of this data if it determines that the consents received have become obsolete.

The data subject has the right to: access to his/her personal data, request rectification of his/her personal data when it is incorrect or incomplete, request erasure, restriction of his/her personal data, in particular in case of withdrawal of consent for processing when there is no other legal basis for processing, portability of his/her personal data. The consent-giver has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, based in Warsaw, Stawki 2 Street, if he/she considers that the processing of personal data violates the provisions on personal data protection.

Personal data provided to PROQUAL Management Institute – B. T. Greber Sp.J. shall not be shared, sold or lent to third parties, except in case of:

a) express consent of the data subject;

b) transfer of data to authorized bodies under the provisions of law.

In certain situations, we have the right to transfer data if it is necessary for us to perform the contract. We will only transfer data to two groups: people we authorize, i.e. our employees and associates who need to have access to the data to perform their duties, and processors we contract with.
