The trainings are organized by PROQUAL Management Institute – B. T. Greber Sp. J. (hereinafter referred to as: PROQUAL), with its registered office in Wrocław, ul. Ostrowskiego 30.
Trainings are conducted within the scope and on the dates specified in the training offers published on the website www.proqual.pl.
The organizer has implemented an accessibility policy. More details can be found on the Accessibility Declaration page.
Participation in a training must be registered electronically by providing all required information and submitting the registration form available with the selected open training on www.proqual.pl.
Registrations are accepted up to 5 business days before the training start date. After this deadline, registration is possible only upon prior contact with PROQUAL.
Upon receipt of the registration, the organizer will send confirmation of acceptance by email.
The Client has the right to cancel participation in the training or change the training date no later than 7 business days before the training.
A cancellation or change made later than 7 business days before the training date requires payment of the full training fee. In the event of absence of the registered participant during the entire training or part of it, the participation fee will not be refunded.
Cancellation or a request to change the date must be sent electronically to szkoleniaotwarte@proqual.pl or to the designated contact person at PROQUAL. The cancellation or change must be confirmed.
The Organizer has the right to cancel the training up to 5 business days before its start date. In such a case, all payments made will be refunded immediately and in full, or a new training date will be agreed.
If a new training date is established, the Client is not required to resubmit the registration.
Information regarding cancellation or change of the training date will be sent to Clients by email to the address provided in the registration form.
The price of open trainings is provided on www.proqual.pl or in a price offer sent upon the Client’s request. The price includes: preparation and delivery of the training, training materials, certificates, and in the case of on-site trainings, provision of a training room with multimedia equipment as well as coffee and lunch service.
All prices are net prices and are subject to 23% VAT.
The person registering participant(s) for an open training declares that they are duly authorized to act on behalf of and for the entity indicated as the Client (Payer), including incurring financial obligations related to the purchase of training services.
If the registration is made by a person without proper authorization or in violation of the Client’s internal procedures and arrangements, full responsibility for payment of the training fee shall be borne by the person making the registration. In such a case, the registering person is obliged to pay the full training fee based on the issued VAT invoice.
Payment for the training must be made by bank transfer within the deadline specified on the invoice, which will be sent to the address provided in the registration. An internal purchase order number may be added to the invoice, provided it is supplied before the training date.
Pursuant to Article 13(1) and Article 14(1) of the GDPR, we inform you that the controller of your personal data is PROQUAL Management Institute – B. T. Greber Sp. J., with its registered office at ul. Ostrowskiego 30, 53-238 Wrocław.
Participants’ personal data will be processed within the scope provided via the training registration form for the purpose of delivering services related to conducting the training, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (processing necessary for the performance of a contract or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract), and for contacting the participant to provide organizational information about the training pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interests of the controller). In the case of marketing conducted via telephone number or email address, the controller will obtain consent for the communication channel in accordance with the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means or the Telecommunications Law.
Participants’ personal data may be disclosed to:
a. public authorities or other entities authorized under separate legal provisions,
b. collaborators of PROQUAL Management Institute involved in the training process, in particular trainers cooperating with PROQUAL Management Institute for the purpose of conducting the training,
c. banks, if necessary for settlements,
d. other external entities supporting PROQUAL Management Institute in the field of IT or accounting services or cooperating with PROQUAL Management Institute, provided that such entities process data under an agreement with PROQUAL Management Institute and exclusively in accordance with its instructions.
Participants’ personal data will be stored within the European Economic Area (EEA). However, due to data processing technologies used by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, with its registered office in Dublin, acting as a processor for PROQUAL Management Institute, personal data may be processed outside the EEA. Such transfers are based on Standard Contractual Clauses adopted pursuant to the European Commission Decision of 5 February 2010 (2010/87/EU).
Participants’ personal data will be processed for the duration of the contract and after its completion for purposes related to:
a. pursuing claims related to the performance of the contract (generally for up to 6 years from the date of completion of the contract),
b. fulfilling legal obligations, in particular tax and accounting obligations (generally for 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax payment deadline expired),
c. marketing purposes – until an objection is raised (i.e. until the participant indicates in any manner that they do not wish to remain in contact or receive information about our activities) or until the limitation period for claims expires.
Training participants have the right to access their personal data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, transfer the data, object to processing, and, where additional consent has been given, withdraw such consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
If a participant considers that the processing of personal data violates the GDPR, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
Providing personal data in the registration form is a condition for entering into a contract. Failure to provide personal data will result in PROQUAL Management Institute being unable to provide training services.
Participants’ data will not be used for automated decision-making based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning the participant or similarly significantly affects the participant.
