Regulations for open training vouchers

REGULATIONS FOR OPEN TRAINING VOUCHERS

§ 1 General provisions

These Regulations determine the rules for the use of vouchers for open training courses organised by PROQUAL Management Institute – B. T. Greber Sp.J., hereinafter referred to as the ‘Organiser’.

The voucher is a document entitling the holder to a one-off discount on a selected open training course, in accordance with the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions.

The voucher is assigned to a specific company, hereinafter referred to as the ‘Customer’, and can only be used by an employee of that company.

The voucher is not exchangeable for cash.

§ 2 Rules for using the voucher

The voucher can be used for any open training course from the Organiser’s offer, subject to availability of places.

In order to use the voucher, the Customer is obliged to enter the information ‘I have a voucher’ when registering via the registration form available on the Organiser’s website or to provide this information in the email sent to szkoleniaotwarte@proqual.pl in the event of registration in a form other than via the form.

The discount resulting from the voucher will be deducted from the regular training price.

Each voucher can only be used once.

The voucher does not combine with other promotions and discounts offered by the Organiser, unless the Organiser agrees to such combinations in particular promotional actions.

If the Customer has several vouchers, each voucher can be used for one participant (they cannot be combined) – in accordance with the ‘one participant one voucher’ principle.

The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. After this period, the voucher becomes invalid and cannot be used.

§ 3 Final provisions

These Rules and Regulations are available on the Organiser’s website.

In matters not regulated by these Rules and Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
